He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Cain (Dave) and Kevin Cain (Lisa) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Heather Thomas, David Thomas (Taylor), Nicholas Thomas (Sydney), Zachary Cain, Cameron Cain and Tyler Dunlap; his great grandchildren, Jaidan Smith, Levi Cook and Cianna Thomas; his brother Kim Cain (Debra) of Ohio; and his friend Jasper Crooms.
