She was predeceased by: her husband Foster Joe Pinson; her parents, John C. Thompson and Gladys Raines Thompson; and her brothers, Bill Thompson, Charles Thompson and Tommy Thompson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte Culberson, Vickie Thompson (Ray) and Belinda Pritchett; and her brother Jerry Thompson (Kathy). She is also survived by six grandchildren: twelve great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
