He was predeceased by: his sister Janet Michael Pipkin. He is survived by: his wife Joyce King Michael; his children, Daniel Michael Jr., Robin and Wayne Hoover; his grandchildren, Grant Hoover, Wrenn and Patrick Coussens; his great grandchild Bowen Amelia Coussens; his brothers, Steve (Cindy Michael), Freddie Michael and Mark (Lee Michael); and his brother-in-law Dave Pipkin.
