He is survived by: his sons, Randy Fordham (Teresa) and Gerald Fordham; his sister Nora White; and his grandchildren, Randy Fordham Jr. (Jayci), Gerald Fordham Jr. (Tiffany), Jeremy Fordham, Ashley Thornton (Tony), Harley Fordham, Liza Leverette (Jason), Tierra Davis, Mikayla Beasley (Travis) and Shanna Smith (Eric).
