He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Lowery and Annie Powell Lowery; his son Craig Lowery; and his stepdaughter Tracy Wells. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lowery of Eastman; his children, Charley Lowery (Donna) of Thomasville, Chuck Lowery (Rhonda) of Eastman, Chris Lowery (Denise) of Eastman, Cherry Parkerson (Jimmy) of Eastman and Charlotte Taylor of Eastman; his stepchildren, Jessica Shierling (Alan) of Wisconsin and David Wells of Pineview; and his sister Stella Irvin of North Georgia. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
