He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Watson West and Charlotte Cannon; his wife Betty L. West; his sister Faye Brown; and his nephew Charles Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Michael West (Kay) of Eastman, Susan Conley (Roy) of Eastman, Donna Harper (Vic) of Fitzgerald and Thomas D. West Jr. (Mary Ann) of Haymarket; and his grandchildren, Doug Conley, April Gregg, Amie Pollock, Kayla Barnett, Brian Horne, Crystal Velasquez and Joshua West. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
