He was predeceased by: his father Hardin, Sr. (Loan). He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Hardin Chapman (Drexel) of Farmington; his sister-in-law Sally Hunt Bazemore of Cordele, GA.; his wife Beverly Hunt Hardin of Cordele, GA; his sister Betty Hardin Harrington (late Wilton D. Harrington, Sr.) of Eastman, GA; and his sons, Silas Hamilton Hardin, III (Diane) of Auburn, AL, McDonald Hunt Hardin (Susan) of Kathleen, GA and Michael Dana Hardin (Jennifer) of Eastman, GA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and recently twin great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered either to Eastman First United Methodist Church in Eastman, Georgia or to a charity of their choice.
