He is survived by: his wife Amber Elmore; his children, Mason, Elizabeth, Charlotte and Allison Elmore; his parents, Carrie Elmore (John Thomas) and Donald Elmore; his grandmother Minnie Elmore; his mother-in-law Marie Earl; and his siblings, Rex Thomas, Stacy Thomas, Dylan Thomas, Devan Thomas, Bryan Thomas, Hayden Elmore and Jules Elmore.
