He is survived by: his wife Tonya Warren Lucas of Eastman; his children, Taylor Dunlap (Slade) of Eastman, April Lucas of Eastman and Jessica Lucas of Eastman; and his sister Tammie Ann Deshotel of Eastman. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
