He is survived by: his wife Tracy Shirley Howell of Eastman; his stepdaughters, Amy Howell Mullis (Jason) of Eastman and Amber Howell Horne of Eastman; his grandchildren, Michaela Mullis, Cameron Mullis, Jenna Kate Mullis, Gabriel Horne and Raegan Horne; his siblings, Pat Hill of Eastman, Carl Hickman (Diane) of Eastman and David Hickman (Jennie) of Eastman; and his sister-in-law Janet Hickman of Eastman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
