He is survived by: his wife Hilda Caruthers; his children, Debbie Roland (David), Amy Richards (Marlon) and Joey Caruthers (Darlene); his sister Dianne Mercer (Ronald); his grandchildren, Colby Caruthers (Kristin), Harlie Wingate, Ashley Roland and Adam Richards; and his brothers-in-law, Alfred Hardy and Larry Hardy (Jean). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
