He was predeceased by: his mother Cynthia Bryan. He is survived by: his wife Candi Bryan; his children, Allison Bryan, Slade Bryan, Steven Underwood Jr. and Korey Wildes; his siblings, Brad Bryan (Michelle) and Kelli Bryan; and his father Wimberly Bryan.
