He was predeceased by: his parent Velma Fordham; and his siblings, Wayne Fordham, Mary Ann Fordham, Gloria Rogers and Glinda Haire.
He is survived by: his parent Thomas Fordham; his sons, Tyler Fordham of Marietta, Ryan Fordham of Marietta and Blake Fordham (Holly) of Marietta; his granddaughter Jadea Massey of Marietta; his siblings, Brenda Walton of Perry, Ricky Fordham (Beth) and David Fordham; and his siblings-in-law, Sissy Fordham, Sherri W. Perry (Danny), Van Williams (Holly), Billy Ray Rogers and Several. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
