He was predeceased by: his parents, Isom "I. L." Bell and Irene Morgan Bell; his wife Patricia Anne Sheriff Bell; and his siblings, Jimmie Alewine and Thomas Bell.
He is survived by: his sons, William David Bell (Pamela) and Dennis Bell (Cherilyn); his grandson William Hunter Bell (Haley); his great grandchildren, Kara L. Bell and Floyd H. Bell; and his siblings, Juanita Worley, Barbara Ann Dooley, James Bell and Joe Bell (Linda).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Whitlock Mortuary, Inc. (120 Rose Ln, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at the Stephens Memorial Gardens (3650 GA-17, Toccoa, GA 30577).
