He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Doud and Floy Morris Doud; his wife Sue Brown Doud; his son Donny Doud; his siblings, Dorothy Meacham (Eliphaz), Marian Bowman (Jack), Edith Norviel (Jess) and James Doud; and his sister-in-law Annie Mae Malcolm (Billups).
He is survived by: his sons, Danny Doud (Lorene) of Eastanollee, David Doud of Milledgeville and Douglas Doud (Dale Doud) of Loganville; his grandchildren, Tammy Doud Zerbo, Amy Doud Lange (James), Chris Doud (Ashle), Rachel Doud Sanders (Clint), Jordan Doud, Hannah Doud, Brian Doud (Megan) and Jennifer Doud Atkinson (Justin); his great grandchildren, Tamara Zerbo, Sara Zerbo, Zac Zerbo, Alex Lange, Katie Lange, Raelyn Sanders, Grady Sanders, Clark Sanders, Gabe Sanders, Laura Mei Sanders, Caroline Doud, Eliza Atkinson, Kaylynn Doud, Eden Doud, Sam Doud and Isabelle Doud; and his sister-in-law Dana Doud of Fortville, IN.
