She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stancil and Marion Ayers Stancil; her husband Teddy Brown; and her brother Phillip Stancil. She is survived by: her daughter Allison; her son-in-law Shannon DeFoor of Eastanollee; her son John Stancil Watkins of Lavonia; and her grandchildren, Lincoln DeFoor, Larson DeFoor, Kelsey Newborn, C. J. Watkins and Ethan Watkins.
