He is survived by: his mother Dale Watkins Mize of Eastanollee; his wife Tammey Powell Haddock; his sons, Jacob Mark Haddock and Joseph Anthony Haddock of Eastanollee; his grandchildren, Madison Haddock and Gibson Haddock; his half-sister Deana Haddock of Jacksonville, Florida; and his cousin Shanon Watkins.
