She is survived by: her sons, Joshua Jacobs, Joaquon Pittman and Jaquon Pittman; her father John Jacobs Sr.; and her siblings, John Jacobs Jr., Christopher Jacobs, Sebrina Jacobs Rivera, Jessica Brown and Mary Jacobs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
