It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Elma Victor of East Point, Georgia, who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emery Martin and Annie Martin of Chadbourn, NC; her brothers, Charles Rabon Martin and Charles Kilmer Martin; and her sons, Tony Victor and Johnny Victor.
She is survived by: her children, Ann-Margaret Johnston (David) of Gainesville, GA and Tommy Victor (Mary) of Dawsonville; and her grandchildren, Christy Victor, Ashley Walker (Mike), Natalie Williams (Sebastian), Alex Victor, Bryan Victor and Steven Victor. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
