He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oscar and Sarah Banks Cook. He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Patterson (Damon) of Ellenwood, Donald Cook (Roxanne) of Fairburn and James Cook (Catherine) of Senoia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
