He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen W. Harbin, Sr. and Alice Crosby Harbin; his sister Rebecca; his brother-in-law Joe Berry; and his stepson Randy Ramsden.
He is survived by: his son Chris; his daughter-in-law Ann Harbin; and his grandchildren, Zachary and Haley Harbin.
