It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Yates West of East Point, Georgia, born in Villa Rica, Georgia, who passed away on September 29, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Raymond Yates and Mildred Wilson Yates; and her siblings, William Robert Yates, Ernest Wilson Yates, Frank Elijah Yates and Frances Yates Skinner.
She is survived by: her sister Margaret Malline Austin of Fayetteville; her children, Gregg West (Dolly) of Haines City, FL, Andrea Hubbard (Ridley) of Bremen and Keith West (Melissa) of Carrollton; her grandchildren, Alan West of Temple, Kari Richards (Michael) of Lake Wales, FL, Jami Horne (Eddie) of Arcadia, FL, Janie Hubbard of Bremen, Taylor Etelman (Daniel) of Cartersville, Zach West of Villa Rica and Cayden Busbee of Haines City, FL; and her friends, Gretel Haynes, Joyce Prestridge and Jeanette Jordan.
