It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wana Ree Forte of East Dublin, Georgia, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lee "Bill" Parrish and Juanetta Tolor Parrish; her husbands, Jimmy Browning and Steve Forte; and her siblings, Troy Parrish, Clint Parrish and Villetes Young.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Parrish (Linda) of Wrightsville, Floyd Parrish (Gayle) of Wrightsville, Roy Parrish of Dublin, Jeanette Womack of Dellwood, Alma Boyette (Jimmy) of Dellwood and Margaret Fulford (Billy) of Wrightsville. She is also survived by several nieces nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pine Hill Holiness Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
