He was predeceased by: his siblings, Buck Clay, Bobby Clay, Margaret Blackwell, Elsie Sullivan and Loretta Bush; and his children-in-law, Jerry Steinmann and Jeanie Clay.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Clay of East Dublin; and his children, Tommy Clay of Portsmouth, VA, Butch Clay (Lori) of East Dublin, Christy Steinmann of East Dublin and Tony Clay (Gloria) of East Dublin.
