He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal B. Phillips and Artis Williford Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Gail Morgan Phillips; his son Keith Phillips (Annette) of East Dublin; his sisters, Arlene Martin Yates (Gene) and Anita Smith; his grandchildren, Joanna Michelle Mosely, Kaitlynn Marie Phillips and Payton Michelle Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Nolan and Madux. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Wilkes Church Cemetery.
