She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ovid and Carrie Bell Foskey; her husband Roger Owens; her grandson Curtis Owens; and her brother Johnny Foskey.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Owens (Hannah) of Dublin and Hollie Williams (Michael) of East Dublin; her grandchildren, Cameron Williams and Allison Williams; and her brother Reece Foskey (Debie) of East Dublin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
