He was predeceased by: his parent Leghmon Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann Horne of Dublin; his sons, William Christopher Horne (Christina) of Choctaw, OK and Jon Luke Horne of Dublin; his siblings, Buddy Horne of Clay Center, KS, Phil Yates of St. Simons Island, Linda Bell (Chris) of Milledgeville, Merry Horne of McAlpine and Patty Yates White of Milledgeville; and his grandchild Anya Horne.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the East Laurens High School (1010 US-80, East Dublin, GA 31027). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at the Dublin Memorial Gardens (2986 US-80, Dublin, GA 31021).
