He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ed and Annie Claude Brown Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Adkins Morgan of East Dublin; his children, Tina Lowery (Mike) of Savannah, Wade Morgan of East Dublin and William Morgan (Brandy) of Dexter; and his siblings, Eddie Morgan (Beverly), Gail Phillips (Royce), Pat Andrews (Richard), Janice Warnock (Donald) and Teresa Soles (Al). He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
