He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L. Lumley and Annie Mae Lampp Lumley; and his siblings, Annie Lee Rollins, Dorothy Welch, Elizabeth Pitts, Faye Lumley Melton and Tommy Lumley.
He is survived by: his wife Janice J. Lumley of East Dublin; his children, Amie Lumley Ward (Chan) of East Dublin, Tina Lumley Lawson (Mitchell) of East Dublin, Jason Kyle Lumley (Brandi) of Vidalia and Stephen Michael Lumley (Catherine) of Dublin; his grandchildren, Noah Channing Ward, Hunter Preston Lawson, Caleb Mitchell Lawson, Alaina Grace Ward and Colton Evan Lumley; his siblings, Ben Lumley (Amanda), Ralph Lumley, Jr. (Doyce), Mary Frances Crooms, Christine McTier, Geraldine Smith and Linda Raburn (David); and his siblings-in-law, Ben Welch and Glenda Lumley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and five special foster grandchildren.
