She was predeceased by: her parents, John Horace Smith and Capitola Fields Smith; and her brother James Gordon Elliott. She is survived by: her children, Pat Askew (Jeff), Don Elliott (Wanda), Johnny Elliott and Chris Elliott; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Askew, Peter Askew (Holly), Mindy Young (Brad), Crystal Elliott and Donald Elliott, Jr. (Kathy); and her sisters, Judy Stewart (Jerry), Valdina Smith and Margo Gregory (Arnold). She is also survived by several great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
