He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey J. Mimbs and Elma Glover; and his sister Donnie Rutledge. He is survived by: his wife Penny Mimbs of East Dublin; his children, Mark Mimbs (Amy) of Cochran, Angela Tanner (Rex) of Dublin, Tammy King (Al) of Forsyth and Charlotte Willis of Dublin; his nephews, Darryl Rutledge (Michelle) of Dublin and Christopher Rutledge of Dublin; and his grandsons, Matt Jett, Cory Jett, Keaton Pope and Brent Mimbs. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
