Reese of Daytona, FL and Jessie Mae Russell NeSmith of East Dublin.
He is survived by: his parents, Jenny Hobbs of East Dublin and Al Russell of East Dublin; his sister Tara Clements (Delwin) of Wrightsville; his nieces, Olivia Luecke of Wrightsville, Julia Luecke of Wrightsville, Hannah Luecke of Wrightsville and Lillian Clements of Wrightsville; and his nephew Brayden Clements. He is also survived by uncles, aunts and cousins.
