He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Alton Sapp "Papa Bill" and Annette Sapp; his brother Alton Sapp; and his nephew Chuck Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Skeeter Sapp of East Dublin; his children, Jennifer Owens (Jason) of Eastman, Gina Beasley (Josh) of East Dublin, Mitch Justice of East Dublin and Will Sapp (Elizabeth) of Cochran; his grandsons, Ryan Owens of Eastman, Memphis Beasley of East Dublin, Levi of Cochran and Dawson Sapp of Cochran; his siblings, Faye Thompson (Charles) and Ed Sapp (Wanda); and his mother-in-law Elaine Bass.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Diabetes or Parkinson's foundation of choice.
