He was predeceased by: his father Luther Oxford; his former wife Linda Horton Oxford; his daughters, Kimberly Oxford and Cori Oxford; his siblings, Donny Oxford, Lamar Oxford, JoAnn Oxford and Andy Oxford; and his grandson Dakota Oxford.
He is survived by: his children, Timmy Oxford (Carmen), Marty Oxford (Mary), Cameron Carrier, Sandy Creamer (Matthew) and Brooklyn Oxford; his siblings, Kay Rountree, Judy Woodard Dianne Woodard, Robert Oxford, Wayne Oxford and Faye Everly; his grandchildren, Carrie Oxford Kelly Mullis, Ricky Mullis, Caitlin Hill, Ethan Oxford, Ashton Oxford, Gia Tapley, Tristin Tapley, Zaine Creamer, Kyleigh Oxford and Keaton Oxford; and his great grandchildren, Bella Tyson, Kelly Mullis Jr. and Jeremy Mullis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
