He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray N. Ammon and Lois Rose O'Hara. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughter Paige (Dan Lee); his granddaughters, Caroline and Kennedy Lee; and his sisters, Helen Williams of Bloomington, Dotty Bainter (Paul) of St. Joseph and Barbara Burns (Bill) of St. Joseph. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
