She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Julie Baer and G. F. Baer; her husband Alan Kessler; her children, Bruce Kessler and Janet Armstrong; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Kessler, Hailey Kessler, David Armstrong, Claire Armstrong and Maggie Armstrong.
