He is survived by: his parents, Madison Paul Efland, Sr. (Mack) and Estelle Forrest Efland; his wife Mildred Efland; his grandchildren, Katharine Delon Rodgers (Mathew) and Christopher Matthew Delon; his great grandchildren, Ethan Rodgers and Genevieve Rodgers; his sister Ann Gandy of Alexandria, VA; and also, Barbara Efland Delon (Gerald), Chris Efland Orlie (Michael) and Mack Paul Efland III (Molly). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
