We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2022, at the age of 94, Lynward Wellington Moore (Dunwoody, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude W. Moore and Annie C. Moore; and his brothers, Claude C. Moore and Samuel M. Moore. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Ellen Long Moore; his daughter Barbara Lynn Moore Purkerson (Graham); his granddaughter Leigh Ellen Purkerson Eiberger (Christian); and his great grandchildren, Kerry Lynn Eiberger, Elise Corrine Eiberger and Brett Moore Eiberger.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dunwoody United Methodist Church, 1548 Mt. Vernon Road, Dunwoody, GA 30338-4119.
