He was predeceased by: his parent John Chunka; his brother John Jr.; and also Alice Nepodal Chunka. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his brothers, Duane Chunka (Mary Jo) of Omaha, NE and Gary Chunka of Lincoln, NE; his sister-in-law John Chunka (Beverly) of Omaha, NE; and his niece Kate Chunka of Tallahassee, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
