She was predeceased by: her parents, Chuck Giles and Betty Bishop Giles; her husband Mark Bass; her sister Kimberly Angel; and her nephew David Angel.
She is survived by: her children, Jamie Alexander (Gerald) of Canon and Parker Bass of Dahlonega, GA; her siblings, Robin Cooper of Atlanta, GA, Rhonda Montgomery of Atlanta, GA and Barry Giles of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Christian Lawrence, Lynleigh Lawrence, Gerald Alexander III, Tucker Alexander and Abby Alexander; and her nieces and nephews, Kristie Angel, Jessica Pipes, Joshua Hales, Matthew Hales, Barry Giles, Brandon Giles and Allison Cooper.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethany Baptist Church (2085 Bethany Bowersville Rd, Canon, GA 30520). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
