It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Duel (Duluth, Georgia), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on July 6, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard E. Duel; and his brothers, Kevin Duel and Larry Duel. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Duel of Duluth and Ricky Duel of Duluth; his mother Norma B. Winner of Spring Hill, FL; and his sisters, Barbara Duel Johnson of Baltimore, MD, Margie Duel of Little Rock, AR and Tammy Baun of Duluth.
