He is survived by: his parents, Richard Padula and Alvina Padula (Weenie); his girlfriend Sandy Kim; his girlfriend's son John Rozek (Michelle); and his siblings, Christopher Padula (Tracy), Stefanie White (Ralph) and Laura Lynn Howard (Matthew). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Dick Vitale's V Foundation or the American Heart Association in memory of Richard Anthony.
