She was predeceased by: her husband James Royal Smallwood; her mother Annie Davis; and her siblings, Cecil Herrin, Tommy Herrin, Geneva Holland and Mary Autry.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Smallwood (Cindy) of Auburn, Larry Smallwood (Cheryl) of Braselton, Connie Presley (Lamar) of Alto and Sue Mayfield (Terry) of Cumming; and her brother Mike Herrin of Albany. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
