She was predeceased by: her grandson Nathaniel McCain; and her husband Thurman McCoy. She is survived by: her daughter Joanie; her granddaughters, Karen and Laura; her niece Katie; her granddaughter Chrissy; her sister Edna Vas of Bartow Florida; her children, Judi, Horton (Phil) of Flintstone, GA, Mary McCain (Danny) of Jos and Joy Gartzke (Dana) of Azle, TX.; her great grandchild Chrissy Florence (Aaron); her children, Siena, Cosette of Burbank, CA and April Westberg (Eric); her granddaughters, Abigail and Hannah of Durango, CO; her daughter Aimee Roberts (James); her grandchildren, Chloe and Hart of Palmer; her children, Chelsae Sahlman (Evan) of Flintstone, GA, Carmen McCain of London, UK, Dan McCain of Lagos, Laura McCain, Atsugi and Karen McCoy (Joost Luysterberg); her grandchild Eliana of Phoenix, AZ; her daughter Catherine Owens (Ryan); her grandchildren, Oliver, Eliza of Ft. Worth, TX, Elizabeth Ball (Jon) of Mystic, CT and Caroline Topolinksi (Caleb) of Brownsville, TX; her son John David Gartzke (Miriam) of Duluth, GA; and also Marion.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory - Duluth Chapel (3088 Duluth Hwy, Duluth, GA 30096). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
