He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Baggett. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Schwartz (Ted Schwartz), Dennis Baggett (Sandy Baggett) and L. M. "Chip" Baggett Jr (Sheryl Baggett). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
