It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Swanton Symmers Sherer (Duluth, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 7, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Paine Symmers and Emily Gower Symmers Maynard; and her son Michael David Sherer. She is survived by: her son Gene Symmers Sherer (Marlie); her grandchildren, Cayce Sherer, Sydney Sherer and Aaron Sherer; her sisters, Lynda Symmers Stephens and Elisabeth Symmers Taylor; and her nieces and nephews, Joanna Sigl, Connie Stephens, Allen Taylor, Nelson Taylor, Bradley Stephens and Scott Stephens.
