She was predeceased by: her sons, Benjamin Ingle Hazard and Michael Edward Hazard; her son-in-law Gary Adams; and her brother David. She is survived by: her husband David Clarence Hoover; her son Stanley; her daughter-in-law Elaine Hazard; and her daughter Brenda Hazard Adams. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and twenty five great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be sent to Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, 4175 Buford Hwy, Duluth, GA 30096, in loving memory of "Joan Hazard Hoover".
