It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Swaim (Duluth, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on January 19, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Sonny Swaim and Mimi Swaim of Peachtree Corners, GA; his brother Terry; his sister-in-law Heather Swaim of Auburn, GA; his sister Courtney; and his brother-in-law Billy Trimble of Deer Park, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
