It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Donald Bluster of Duluth, Georgia, born in Greensboro, North Carolina, who passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Adolphus and Mary Ellen Tippett Bluster; his siblings, Elleene Moss (Clarence), Rebecca Harris (L. F.), John Bluster (Nettie) and Robert Bluster (Debbie); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Brady, Joyce Chandler (Edwin) and Benjamin Burton.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Burton Bluster; his children, Debra Jackson (Troyce) of Duluth, Georgia, Don Bluster (Denise) of Clarkesville, Georgia and Beth Bluster-Hollstein (Kip) of Duluth, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Leslie Orsini (David), April Akridge (Chris), Hailey Burns (Andy), Abby Jackson (Colin Lyles), Emily Youssef (Joshua), Meredith Williams (Rob), Miller Hollstein (Kristina) and Parker Hollstein; his great grandchildren, Jude, Colette Orsini, Eli, Ty, Jack, Clay Akridge, Reese, Tate Burns, Juliet Lyles, Ella, Annie, Shep, Finn, Tru Youssef, Dayton, George and Eloise Williams; and his siblings-in-law, James Brady and Becky Burton of Greensboro, NC..
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Duluth First United Methodist Church (3208 Duluth Hwy, Duluth, GA 30096). A reception was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Gathering Room.
