He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen and Gowan J. Pearson, Sr.; and his siblings, Herbert Pearson, Lula Mae and Dolly Pearson.

He is survived by: his wife Amparo Pearson; and his children, Marisa, Andy, Freddie, Cristina, Amy and Adriene (Tim). He is also survived by five grandsons; and one granddaughter.
